THE POWER HOUSE GYM Noida's Finest

"I'm writing this review after two months of attending this gym. I really appreciate the convenient location and the helpful trainers. If you're unsure about any exercises, you can freely ask for guidance. Before joining, I noticed some reviews mentioning that the trainers often push for personal training sessions. However, after joining, I followed a six-day routine for about a month and a half before approaching a trainer myself. When I asked about assistance with push, pull, and leg exercises, I was told that this falls under personal training. I then inquired if they could still help me with form correction, to which they agreed without hesitation. Overall, my training experience here has been positive.
